We have over 30 years in the high end technology business working for both Blue-Chip and small start-up companies, providing quality, easy to use hardware and software documentation. Our documentation is used by engineers in prestigious companies such as Ericson, Motorola and Nokia.
We have managed complex multicultural global authoring projects across the UK, US and China and have a solid reputation for our on schedule delivery of quality printed and online documentation.
Having worked for reputable companies such as Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies we have formal training in technical authoring, many authoring tools, usability, training, presentation, and project management.
Our technical authoring knowledge has benefited multiple customers as our experience in single-sourcing content has allowed us to develop robust processes for creating embedded context sensitive help systems on windows platforms; Web based help for company web sites; and paper documentation.
Our excellent communication skills have often allowed us to work remotely, across continents, from subject matter experts. We are experienced in managing foreign language requirements.
